DAS 142 Intake Form

CCS will be using this form to complete your DAS 142 dispatch requests.

REPORTING REQUIERMENTS

PROJECT COST:
Only required for California Public Works projects or blended (state and federal) projects that have a total cost of $30k+. (Total project costs is the cost to the project owner, not your individual contract totals)
REPORTING REQUIREMENTS
California state requires a 72-hour notice (3-business days) to be given to the apprentice committees. This excludes SATURDAYS, SUNDAYS AND HOLIDAYS.
COMPLETING THE INTAKE:
Please allow a minimum of five business days prior to the apprentice’s report date for processing.
- Complete all the blocks in the section.
- Add additional sections if you have multiple scopes.
Please notify us immediately of any changes to the information provided so we can either cancel your dispatch request or revise the Form 142 and forward the updated version to the appropriate committees.

Note:

The DAS 142 is not required on Federal only (Davis-Bacon) projects.
The DAS 142 is not required on California projects less than $30k (project total).
